We are unable to authorize your card.

Please help to resolve adding my mastercard to make payments.  Thank you

Hi Joana,

 

I checked your account but was not able to locate a billing method. Please add your billing method and if you`re experiencing any problems on your end, let me know here.

i am trying to add billing method but it always says we are unable to authorize your card.

It looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline.
