We are unable to authorize your card

I'm unbable to hire a freelancer. When ever I try to hire someone it says "Charge failed" and "we are unable to authorize your card". I contacted my bank, everything is fine at their end. I am using the same Master card on other websites, I cant understand why its not working on Upwork. 

Please look into this matter, I need to get work done ASAP.
