I'm trying to post a job and I get this error message. Why is this happening?

Hi Chris,
Please go to your account settings and chose the top tab on left, ''My Info''. Kindly, try adding address details and phone number in order to fix this error.
Additionally, please clear your cache and cookies and try using a different browser.
If the issue persists after this please let us know and our team will assist you further.
