Hi Upwork Team,
I have recently joined Upwork as a Client to hire someone for my Job. I was asked to add a Valid Payment Method as a Primiary billing option, so as I did! Upwork verified my card and added it in the list of primary payment methods.
I have created a Job post and followed the intructions to hire someone. It was a ll going well until the end of first work week. I got a notification that we couldn't charge your card etc etc. I went to the payments section and saw an amount in USD that has to be paid. I have even tried to pay it manually by Clicking the Pay Now button. But it says in a popup, "We couldn't Process the payment. Please update your payment method etc".
I have contacted my Bank to see if there is an issue on their side, but they said nothing at all! My card is properly working on other sites. I think there is an issue on Upwork's end, can you please help solve the issue.
