What Freelancer do I need?

I have a video training subscription website, but I do not know what type of freelancer I would need to create individual user tracking, levels and challenges?

You do not need to identify "which freelancer you need."

Post a job posting which describes what it is that you want to do.

State that you want to hire people to provide consultation to help plan this project, rather than actually start doing the work.

Hire six different people and talk to them for about thirty minutes to an hour each.

You will gain excellent perspective and save a lot of time and money this way, compared to if you just hired one person to start working. How would you even know what needs to be done or who should do the work!

Maybe some of them will end up actually working the project.
