I just logged in for the first time in a few months to hire another contractor and oh boy what a disasterous mess this site is now. I think it's time to look for an alternative to Odesk. The main thing I liked about OD is that it saved me time, but after yesterday I realized if I'm going to spend hours trying to use the now awful search, limited results per page, and poorly thought out hiring process that it is probably better to try and source directly or look for a competitor.
