Where did client review go?

I left a freelancer a five-star review with the intention of going back and doing a review summary.

I can't seem to find a location to do the summary.  I've tried clicking on the job and the artist's bio.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Scott,

Just to confirm, you`ve already provided the freelancer with the start rating but wanted to provide a written feedback as well later on?
If yes, unfortunately you won't be able to do so. The freelancers will need to enable you to change your feedback in order to be able to provide a written feedback on your contact. If you have any additional questions let me know, thank you.
