Why i can't add my payoneer card as a payment method ? Also paypal can't add.

I checked your account and I can see that you`ve added your Payoneer and PayPal account as payment methods (on your freelancer profile).

You mean as a client billing method?

Because Payoneer is a prepaid card and prepaid cards are not accepted.

PayPal may not work for your location or your PayPal isn't card backed

So, what's the solution to pay my selected freelancer on Upwork? I already attached my Payoneer with my freelancer profile and now i want to hire someone on upwork from my client profile but not able to attach my payoneer card so what's the solution?
