Why is my Developer asking for full access to my Apple Developer account?

What level of access is sufficient for a Developer?

All advise greatly appreciated.

To learn more about granting access to your account you can search on google something like -  apple developer user roles and permissions. 

You need to "Grant the user with at least the Admin or App Manager role."
