One of my freelancer's accounts is dissabled. I've contacted him directly over email and he says Upwork closed his account without explaination.
I want to hire him again, but I can't seem to find ANY way to contact Upwork customer support.

1) He needs to contact Support to find out more.
2) You can't if his account has been suspended, I'm afraid.
