Hi everyone,
I noticed a lot of job posts with several applicants but no hires, sometimes even after a month or more. In some cases, it seems like the client hasn’t even viewed the proposals. I find it a bit confusing—could it be that the client forgot about the post?
Does anyone have any insights on why this might happen? I’d really appreciate any feedback.
