Withdraw my refund

Hello Community!

I got a refund from my last contract with a freelancer. The freelancer didn't complete the work and blocked me from chat. I talked to customer support and they sent me refund. The refund balance is available on my Transaction History tab. I want to ask, how can I withdraw my refund back to my bank. I did'nt see any withdraw option on the Transactions page.
