I can't withdraw my balance from my account.. When I contacted Upwork, they told me that I need to complete my W-8BEN form. I don't actually understand the purpose of this form or how to fill it.. Will you please tell me more information about it? Knowing that I don't work for any foundation.. I'm a university student and work for my own..
