Work not completed after closing the contract

Hello

I worked with an agency who did a very good job at the beginning. They asked me to close the contract and they would do the rest still. Since their job was really good I did as I was asked. Now, 6 month later one very imported feature is still not ingetrated as agreed. 

Is there anything I can do? I do not want the money back, I want that thing fixed.

There's nothing you can do here. Once you agreed to close the contract and the dispute period passed then you effectively agreed to accept work product that was ultimately defective.

You could try sending an invite-only job offer to the agency at an extremely low price. This might help them get the message that the earlier agreement was broken.

Thank you for the tip. The guys know that they did not fulfill. So I guess there is not much I can do here.
