Work not done on deadline

Hello

I posted a relatively small job for less than 100 euros, with a deadline. I gave it to a freelancef as fixed price. The deadline is passed, the freelancer has not delivered anything and  is not replying to any email, I would need to hire somebody else to do it because I really need these transciptions to be done. How can I manage this if the freelancer is not responsive?

This is a simple matter. If you hired a contractor to do something and they didn't do it, you don't owe them anything. Just close their contract and hire two other people to do the job.
