Hi Pradeep! I had a similar thing happen to us - the client blocked us and we had $ in escrow. I am unable to issue a refund - how can I get a refund on the money?
The freelancer delivered the designs; however, they were not at the level we were seeking. We displayed a mood board of how we wanted the designs to look, and he started attacking us, saying the designs we provided were bad and not his own work, upon which he blocked us.
