I want to hire a freelancer, I put card's dates, but upward says me: You have exceeded the maximum attempts to verify, contact support to complete the verification.
What I spouse to do in this case?

First off, let your freelancer know you are trying to hire them, but you're caught in a snag by Upwork's verification process.
Next, contact Upwork's support line.
"Entering the wrong amounts three times will place your card in a verification failed state until you complete verification with the support team."
