Hello

Iam getting this message when i try to hire a freelancer even though i have used the same registered card before to pay for freelancers

"You don't have a valid billing method on file with Upwork. Please correct this before making an offer."

Please help me

Hi Mohameed,

I checked and it looks like the charge on your card failed. You can go to Settings > Billing & payments to check this and edit the billing method.

What do you mean by editing billing method? Do you mean to remove the existing one and add another one??

Mohameed, on your existing billing method there is an edit button, you can use it to edit your method there. If you'd like to remove the method and add another one you'll need to add the new method first and set it as primary before being able to remove the previous one.
