Your account has been suspended

Hi Upwork,

I got problem with my account when I entered my old visa card by mistake and they suspended my account I tried to remove it and put the new one but even after submitted all the required documents they keep asking for the previous visa card which I put the old on and I already shut it down and I don't have access to it anymore so please help me to delete it and use the new one which it is already linked to my account .Thanks
