but after some discussion, we decided to change the budget to 200

Thank you for reaching out to us. There is no need to change the budget on the Fixed-Price contract. I can s ee that you have already funded $100.00 for this project. If additional work is needed for the other $100.00, then you can create another Milestone so the funds will only be released to the freelancer once you have approved their work.
