I just figured it out,
its for a contract I had last week,
The contractor did not have a clue what she was doing and I end the contract.
How can I cancel this payment as her work was basically a waste of time, sub standard,
yet upwork are charging me for her work. lol

Upwork Hourly Protection allows you to dispute a freelancer’s hours if you feel the freelancer has billed you for more time than they worked on your project. thanks for getting back to me Goran.
I just tried to open a dispute after I received the bill for the sub standard work.
The disputes page will not let me raise a dispute
the hour I am being billed for is 4.10, when I enter this in the hours box,
the box displayes red (error) then I can not submit the dispute.
I think this is because friday had passed maybe ?
I cancelled the contract last week and thought that was the end of it,
I did not realise at the time I should raise a dispute, until I received the bill
but now I have the bill I cannot raise a dispute ?
