Hi,

I would like to refund my money but the problem when I try to click End contact then It shows that the feedback page instead the 3 chose that says released all money or part of the money or request a refund

That is correct.

You have accurately described what a client sees when a client tries to End a fixed-price contract.

When you close a fixed-price contract, if there is money left in escrow, then you will be asked to release all of the money to the freelancer OR release only part of the money OR request a full refund of all of the money.

You will ALSO be asked to provide feedback about the freelancer's job performance.
