My client on Upwork wants me to check my fellow workers Upwork timesheets. He sent me a link to join his account. I went in, but could only see some workers, not all of them. When I went in to the account, Upwork did not ask me set a password. When I tried the link later, it did not work. When I asked him to send me a new invite, he said no, just log in. As I did not have a password, I went in with my email address, pretending I "forgot" my password. When I finally got back in, NOTHING shows up for options. No reports, no anything! I am confused???!!!!????
Also, Upwork's help system needs help. I pay HUNDREDS of dollars to Upwork every month as a freelancer, and I have to navigate through these forums to get help. It is not very efficient. The "autobot" chat is ridiculous. Sorry to vent, however I have no idea how to contact Upwork directly.
