change contract terms, project cancelled half way

I have fixed price = $100 contract,  my FL'er started working but next day the whole thinkg got cancelled, we agreed on prorate amount to pay, how to do this, I afraid to click any buttons on Pay or End Contract, doing it first time, please advice !!!
