hi,
i hired a freelancer and added a milestone of 1000$
the freelancer account was suspended but i can't cancel the 1000$ milestone
what happens when the milestone date ha expired, where does the money go?
how can i recuperate?

not sure what you mean
it's not me who got suspended, it's the freelancer i hired
i made it so the contract ended and requeted a refund but the system still didn't refund me. the freelancer's profile is removed as he got suspended.
now i'm stuck with a milestone still active due for tomorrow and i don't know where the money will go

The deposit you made for the fixed-price offer will automatically be refunded back to your billing method. To confirm, the refund was processed on 28-July, and should reflect on your account after 5 days. If this doesn't happen automatically, you can reach out to us here, and we'll assist you further.

the refund that was processed is only of 30$
there is still 1000$ left to refund but the freelancer's account is suspended
when i request a refund there's no select invoice option

Hi Ervin,
I checked this and looks like this amount also was refunded to you. A credit was issued for this amount and the Refund for it was initiated. You can check this under your Transactions. After the refund is initiated, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the money to be refunded back to your credit card. If it still hasn't reflected on your account please reach back to us so that we can issue a trace for you.
