get an invoice for the payment processing fee

Hi there,

Is it feasible to get an invoice for the payment processing fee? I am talking about the payment processing fee that is charged when you make a payment to a freelancer. I do have a receipt for the payment processing fee, but I also need an invoice for our financing department. 

How can I do that?

Hi Joost,

Unfortunately at the moment we don't have a separate invoice for the payment processing fee. But the payment processing fee is also included on your invoice for the payment to the freelancer. You can view this on your transaction with Ref ID ending in 504. Thank you.
