govt. ID verification name pop up shows different name.

Im new to Upwork,

The name that pops up when i try to upload my government ID for verification is different from my profile. My profile name is correct.

How do i fix this ?

Thank you. That page doesn't allow me to create a new request, it just shows current requests.

I think you wanna tell your ID name and your upwork profile name don't match, In that case I think you need contact with customer support. They will help you well
