how to communicate with support team

Hello, Everyone!

In my case task amount was 335USD, I am new user of the Upwork as a client role. So, I pay for the developer half of the amount ~160USD(as a bonus), then developer remove half of the passed time. But Upwork still asks me to pay whole amount 335USD. Now I should pay just second half of the amount.
