how to get a refund to be deposited back to my credit card

Hi, I have cancelled two contracts recently. how can i get that money deposited to my credit card? also tell me how i can use that money to pay other free lancer?

I checked your account, and I was able to locate the contracts you were referring to. A refund request was sent to both freelancers. If the refund request is approved by the freelancers, it's automatically credited back to your billing method immediately. Thank you!

Also, if the freelancers you hired do nothing at all (meaning they never see or never reply to the refund request), then after 7 days, Upwork automatically triggers the release of the money back to your account.
