I'm sorry for the delay. I checked your account and it looks like the charge was declined by your bank. I would recommend that you reach out to your bank directly to check what seems to be the issue. 

In the meantime, you may follow Preston's advice and add a new billing method to your account.

Hassan, if the issue is with Upwork's side, then you are still stuck.

Because Upwork already checked, and they are not going to do anything else with this particular card. When they try this card, your bank declined the charge.

Your options at this point are:

- talk to your bank, and work things out with them so that they allow charges from Upwork on this card

- use a different credit card

- use a different payment method
