I try to hire now freelancer, but i not had funds on CC,  then i add funds on CC, but now system not allow me to use same cc .

why you not block debit carts, and all be fine i will forced to take credit cart, you allowed debit, and for failed charge you make this mess, and this problem is old, or maybe not problem, what you think, when cc is failed it cart not usefull any time or what ?
