making an offer

 am having trouble making an offer to my freelancer. I have filled out all the fields in the make an offer page however when I reach the bottom of the page to click on HIRE nothing happens. What can I do?

Could you please try the troubleshooting steps below:

• Adding your address by going to Settings > My Info
• Clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser.

Hi Goran,

I'm having the same problem. I've filled in my account.

Just giving us a greyed out button with no information is extremely frustrating - makes me question using your site at all if something so fundamental is made so difficult.

I (and my freelancer) would appreciate your urgent attention to fix this.
