manage_recruiting permissions

I keep getting this error when trying to use get job by key:

  statusCode: 403,

  data: '{"server_time":1630589333,"error":{"status":"403","code":"158","message":"User cannot access the job"}}'

}

I know I need manage_recruiting permissions to be able to use this call, but I don't know how to get them.

Can someone help me with this?
