it seems upwork is just ignoring some support requests. I asked them some weeks ago about why I get permanently same mails about new offers, even I already got these mails for all candidates.
Also upwork recommended me a freelancer to look at, what I did, however this freelancer was not "top" at all and just applied without having time. I reported this to upwork and asked for feedback, never got any answer.
I checked your account and can see that the team has responded to your emails/support tickets. You should be able to access your tickets here, or in your email inbox.
