one website, multiple developers: communicate with each other in a 'room'?

I have one website, but multiple developers need to work on it simultaneously, each with different tasks. Can they communicate with each other in a 'room'?

Yes.

You can set up a room within the Upwork Messages tool and invite any freelancer you want to participate in it.

As a freelancer, I have worked on many projects that way. We have successfully used ONLY the Upwork Messages tool for all communications among a multi-person team.

Alternatively, you are welcome to communicate using third-party tools such as email (cc-ing various people) or Slack or Skype, etc., which facilitate such communications.

Thanks Preston, that was really helpful. I finally found how to do this after you mentioned Messages supports this feature. I have now set up a room consisting a team of multiple independent freelancers into one group within Upwork. You really helped me out.
