payment method inactive


I added my card as payment method and also filled up the tax information.

but still it is inactive, how to solve this issue please?

I updated my payment method and Upwork took payment for work that was done with the new payment method. The freelancer wants to continue with work but it says my account is suspended. I added a new card and a Paypal account as a backup. Need account resuspended.
