"Any Hire" in Palestinian Territories

I have another question about Any Hire. As a company, we are interested in using the Any Hire feature to manage our current onsite employees. These employees are already part of our team, and we intend to manage their work through Any Hire by creating contracts for each of them. However, we would like to cover all client-related fees associated with these contracts while continuing to process salary payments outside of Upwork. Would this arrangement be possible?

With Any Hire, you can onboard talent, manage their contracts, review their work, view reports, and pay them through the platform — all from one dashboard. The freelancers or employees will not be charged for any fees on Any Hire. It will be invoiced to you while making payments to them. You can refer to this help page for more information.

Thank you for the information. I just want to confirm—does this mean there is no way to use the Any Hire feature without processing payments through Upwork?

Our employees work at our headquarters and are already receiving monthly salaries directly from us. We would like to continue with this payment method while using the Any Hire feature.

Could you please confirm if this is possible?
