Hi all ,
I am a client who hired a freelancer , i divided the job into 3 milestones , for $ 834 each . i paid the first milestone to the freelancer and i ended the contract , the money that i paid for from my credit card went to escrow account and i don't know what happened to it , to my surprise , the escrow balance shows 0 on UPWORK that i don't have any money on the escrow account , ?!?!?!?!, please help me on this , its my first time using Upwork services and im fairly disappointed so far .
An escrow amount should be immediately released back to the client , kindly clarify this for me .

It looks like the first milestone has been released to the freelancer. They submitted the work for the first milestone on April 2nd. If you would like, you can ask for a refund following instructions shared in this help article.
