refund for next two weeks.

I ended a contract this morning around 7 and at 11 I got charged for the next two weeks.

how do I get a refund?

I see it’s also a problem to get money credited back to the original bank.

that is what I need. The money back into my bank account and not into my Upwork account.

Clients are not charged for any weeks in advance. You were charged for last week.

 

Every Monday, clients are charged for the hours worked during the previous work-week.

I beg to differ, my bank account was just charged for 154.50.

it was also charged last week for 77.25 for the actual contract and hours worked.

There were 5 hours worked for 15 per hour.

we were square when I ended the contract this morning.
