trying to resolve suspension

Hi there, I wrote a job post and I did not know my job posting was against the TOS even though the job was technically not illegal within information security. I have been an upwork client for 2 years and I have had many jobs completed successfully supporting the upwork economy. I will not have this happen again. I need to pay a client backpay.
