I got charged for membership plus without even choosing it or being active. I am trying to get through to a real person to request a refund, but no luck. Any advice?
I just got charged like an hour ago, and I got a notification through PayPal, otherwise, I wouldn't have known as I hired for one project that. ended almost a month ago and I haven't logged back in since then!
