upwork website completely broken for me

Does anyone know whats going on? I tried to log into my old account, and I tried resetting my password. When i got the password link and clicked on it, it just said "error, cant find information". So I created a new account, and everything is broken or blocked. I cant hire people, i cant respond to messages. See the picture below on what I see when i try to respond to messages. Whats going on?

Hi Pradeep, the website is still ALL broken. I can't invite someone to a job, I cant reply to any messages, nothing. I sent you a private message as you mentioned and its still all messed up. Am I banned or shadow banned from the site for some reason?

It definately seems like the website is purposefully being blocked and disabled for me. But I do not understand why. I never didn't pay anyone or broke any rules. Trying to understand what is going on. Do I have to make a new account?
