 Upwork will have charged your card two small amounts which add up to $ 10.00

You need to go to your online card transaction history and look out for those and then enter them in your billing methods to verify the card.

If your card is in a currency other than US Dollar look at the details of the transaction(s) - it gives the US Dollar amounts in the text description against the transaction(s).
