we already hired successfully a freelancer and we paid him (from escrow) and it said so everywhere but there is no transaction at our credit card. who can I contact? Guess there must be somebody who misses some money
I checked and can confirm the payment went through and funds were released from Escrow as expected. The reason you're not seeing a new charge is because your card was charged initially when Escrow was funded, at the end of June. Please check your last month's billing statement and I'm sure you'll be able to find that charge. You can also see all the transactions by going to Reports > Transactions.
