Yes, nowadays People only live in the past or future, and because of this either they are regretful or scared. We should live in the present, you can't change anything excpet the NOW! You can only react and make decisions in present.

Instead we should learn and from the past and for the future and all of this can only be done by if YOU ARE IN THE present moment.
