Hey Everyone,
I’ve been thinking about how important it is to take a leap of faith in freelancing.
It’s so easy to stay in our comfort zones, but stepping out can lead to amazing opportunities.
Take Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones as an example.
When he decides to leave King’s Landing and join Daenerys Targaryen, he’s taking a huge risk.
He’s putting his trust in her vision for the future, even though the outcome is uncertain.
This leap not only affects his career but also leads to his personal growth and a fresh start.
In freelancing, it might be trying out a new skill, pitching to a big client, or even changing your niche.
These leaps can push us to grow and find new strengths.
I’d love to hear about the leaps of faith you’ve taken in your freelancing career.
How did it go?
Share your experiences in the comments!
Bye!

Fear of the unknown is a common human trait from old times and it is a big threat to our progress as a people. I have regretted so many times not taking certain chances because of uncertainty and later realising the gains I had forfeited for a more courageous person to gain.

I struggling with this phenomenon right now. I just joined Upwork not long ago and I like "oh, the competion here is excruciating." After spending some connects without any success yet, I am under pressure to "do something unknown" to survive in the competition here. But fear is staring at me and I am thinking hard. Hopefully, I should come up with something unknown; I trust my guts.
