Extremely low JSS

Is there a point at which a FL's JSS gets so low that they are removed from the platform?  I've seen a couple lately that are extraordinarily low - 50's and 60's.

 I'm sure the next time they weed out a whole bunch, as they did in ... hmmmmm 2015?  it'll hit the real low JSS ones.

I've also noticed that the JSS for people with a JSS of less than 50% no longer shows on the profile.
