Eye Protection - Computer Glasses

Hello,

A pitfall of freelancing is constant use of computer screens that can effect eyes. I think it started effecting me as I'm having slightly blurred vision sometimes or may be eye strain. How you can protect your eyes being a freelancer when you have to constantly work on computer screens? 

And has anyone used the Computer glasses? I want to know if these are useful in preventing eye strain? For someone who dont use any regular glasses? 

Any recommendations are much appreciated! Thanks

I have not used screen filtering glasses, but have learned to take eye rests frequently.  In fact, any time I'm just thinking, waiting, etc., I let my eyes wander away from the screen.
