When you lose fat you actually become smarter.
A study by Dr Daniel Amen in 2020 showed that the more fat you carry the lower your brain's ability to compute.
Excess fat on the body further impairs brain function. An analysis of brain SPECT scans of 20,000 psychiatric patients at Amen clinics found that as their weight went up the physical functioning of their brain went down.
When you do fasting, it is one of the most effective way to cause fat loss.
If you're an entrepreneur, it is vital that you start eating healthy to reduce fat.
Because you're actually going to become a better entrepreneur.
You'll be able to get more work done in less time, your thinking is going to be better, your decision-making is going to be better, and you're going to feel better about it.
This study is both crazy and cool at the same.
What do you think about this
Talk later,
Peace ✌️

Oh no!
Senator, I'm not guilty of this, I don't even know how this happened.

I agree 100%. I am a good case study for this. I used to drink and smoke a lot. Recently I quit smoking, and that made drinking kinda boring, so now I am mostly staying healthy and getting some exercise and losing weight. I've done this before, dive into horrible habits then climb back out. So I know the two different worlds very well.
It's complicated, but when I am "letting myself go" I think that everything is fine, I don't notice how bad it is. I think thoughts like "Oh I just have to finish this boring work shift, it's easy, then I can go party again". But you might not realize that during this time you are absolutely ruining your life. That party won't be as fun as it would be if you were healthy. Sure you can go through the motions and get your job done and take advantage of being lazy, but that's a boring and meaningless lifestyle.
Now that I'm healthy my daily schedule looks more like this.
0.5 hr of exercise
0.5 hr of reading
1 hr of my hobby
5 hrs work
0.5 hr client hunting upkeep
And the rest is family time. Obviously sometimes work really kicks in and I'm just working all day. But when I can manage my schedule it should look more like above 🙂
Point being, I could NEVER keep up with that schedule when I am in a health slump. And I couldn't imagine reading a book or keeping up a hobby. These things make me happy.
Again, it's not to say that you can't live an unhealthy lifestyle. You can do it. You are smart enough to "just get by". But it's a horrible life in comparison to what you can do when you're healthy.
Being overweight puts more stress on your heart. It makes you feel uncomfortable all the time. It is a distraction and certainly doesn't make you smarter.

Dude this is such a great story.
And congrats on getting through out of all that.
