As a freelancer, I've found that freelancing can be both a stepping stone and a long-term career path, depending on your goals. For me, it started as a way to gain more experience, build connections, and explore different industries. But over time, I’ve found my niche, developed valuable skills, and enjoyed the flexibility freelancing offers. I’m open to traditional roles, but freelancing has given me the autonomy I value. It's a journey of constant learning and adapting, and that's what keeps me motivated!

I've had a similar experience, but I've also found that freelancing can be challenging due to inconsistent income and the need for constant self-promotion. How do you manage these aspects of your career?

I've been freelancing for 9 years and it's been quite a journey. While I love the flexibility and independence, there are definitely challenges that come with it. What are some of the biggest hurdles you've faced as a freelancer, and how did you overcome them?

Hi Everyone,
I've been freelancing for a few years now, and it's been quite a journey. While I love the flexibility and independence, there are definitely challenges that come with it. What are your biggest struggles as a freelancer, and how have you overcome them?

I'm also curious about those of you who have transitioned from freelancing to full-time jobs. What factors influenced your decision, and what did you learn from your freelance experience that helped you in your new role?
